Walk Don’t Run

Man hört das Knistern einer oft gehörten Single, die damals meine Begeisterung für das Schlagzeugspiel weckte. Zu diesem Knistern spiele ich nun ein Snaredrum-Solo, immer mit  der Aufforderung des Titels im Kopf: gehen und nicht eilen.

You can hear the crackle of a single that was played very often and which inspired my enthusiasm for playing the drums back then. I accompany this crackle with a snare drum solo, always keeping in mind the request inherent in the title: walk, don't run.
